Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a binding agreement between you and OwlAnalytics ('we', 'us', or 'the Service'). By creating an account, accessing any page of the Service, or using any analysis we produce, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced by email and via an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (18+ in most countries; 21+ in many US states) to use OwlAnalytics for any betting-related decisions. The Service is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal betting age.

Use of the Service in jurisdictions where sports wagering is prohibited is your own responsibility. We do not facilitate, broker, or accept wagers.

OwlAnalytics provides AI-generated sports analysis and statistical commentary for informational and entertainment purposes only. Outputs include match summaries, probabilities, predicted scores, suggested picks, player spotlights and risk factors.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, professional sports-betting advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Every analysis is a probabilistic forecast — wins and losses are part of any betting activity, and past performance never guarantees future results.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Choose a unique password and never share it. Notify us immediately at security@owlanalytics.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms, including for fraud, abuse of free tiers, scraping, reverse engineering, or any activity that endangers other users.

We offer three plans: Basic (free), Standard ($12/month), and Premium ($29/month). Plan features are listed on the Pricing page and may evolve. We will notify you at least 14 days before any unfavorable change to a plan you already pay for.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Analysis page — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. We offer a 30-day refund window for first-time paid subscribers; contact billing@owlanalytics.app to request a refund.

We do not store full card data. Payments are processed by Stripe under their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download Service content without our written permission.

• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or republish OwlAnalytics analyses as your own product.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our prompts, model weights, or proprietary scoring formulas.

• Use the Service to harass other users, post abusive content in chat, or attempt to break our authentication, billing, or rate-limiting systems.

• Operate automated bots or load tests against any endpoint without prior written consent.

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, owl artwork, brand marks, and the underlying AI prompting and scoring systems, is owned by or licensed to OwlAnalytics and protected by international copyright, trademark and trade-secret law.

You retain ownership of any data you submit. By submitting team names, questions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that data to operate, improve and secure the Service.

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Analyses are probabilistic. The owl can and will be wrong. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose, and never bet to recover prior losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwlAnalytics's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost wagers, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OwlAnalytics is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may bring claims for injunctive relief in court.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer where local law overrides arbitration provisions.
